I promised to send some photos, when the installation is finished. It took some weeks, but now, it is ready...

There is always a risk of purchasing from a web page. Researching the best I would and communicating with the online chat representative 'Tomas' we agreed on a deal that allowed me to purchase with calculated risk, Paypal was used as a deposit and the remainder on delivery. The HT Team kept me informed on the build and offered many options to improve my purchase. Repeatably confirm my exact order the tub was expertly constructed and delivered in a matter of weeks. Everything arrived as expected bar a few unexpected delivery options (comes on a pallet which you are expected to off load. I recommend you make arrangements to have this delivered somewhere they can off load for you. I was informed it is light enough for 4 men to lift, not from the back a wagon its not). Overall, very happy. Initial heating 1-2 hours, reheat the following day in less than 1 hour. Highly recommend the insulation, I'm sure this will be even more beneficial in the colder months (May now).
